BOREDOM, please leave me alone

Boredom_Motivational_Poster_by_thesilverthief
I don’t know the reason behind this laziness I have to write any article today. I am seeking for an inspiration for me to create with a title for this. I hate this boredom I felt inside of me, though I have taken my two days off to refresh and forget about my work for a while, honestly, seems like I didn’t take that two days of rest.

Tonight, I need to work again, seems like I get used to it doing my job over and over again. I am searching for any point to get inspired and regain the passion I have when I applied for this job.
I need to pour out these emotions that I have, by the way this is just an emotion. I believe that some of you felt the same way.  I don’t want to be negative either, I really want to convert the negative thought that I have to a positive point of view, I don’t want this boredom to eat me, and its killing me softly, I mean killing the positive side of me.

Sometimes, I believe that I’m lacking out of time for my self, lack of time to think in a silent place. I miss my thinking time. I miss me. Hmm.. I know that the loneliness I have is natural, I am only human isn’t it?
I want to get through all of this. My heart, mind and soul prayed:

Lord, I know that You are the one who could lift me up, and the only one who inspires me. I know Lord that You want me, to enjoy life to the fullest as what You have called me to be. But I know Lord that You want me to experience some sort of emotions, that makes life more meaningful. Thank You Lord, for the life I have now, I failed You most of the times but then You have a lot of reason to win my heart.

Lord, I now remember the answer, the main reason that You didn’t grant my request to take out my loneliness, sadness and boredom that I have, because those are some of the reasons why I seek You, and why I want Your peace, happiness and be inspired again because You let me think and remember of Your great Love, and faithfulness to me. Honestly, Lord my heart melts, as I poured this out to You. I know that I cannot hide anything from You, You’ve seen my grief, and when I experience this emotions, I want to be on Your side, and let You hug me and wipe my tears this time.

I thank You Lord for these emotions, and for those peculiar lessons that I have experience. And thank You Lord for staying here beside me. I can’t win and finish the race without Your help. In times that I’m running to victory and fall down You are the own who lift me up and said “Keep going my daughter.. I will accompany you”. You are a loving Father, my Savior, my only one, my Prince and the lover of my soul.

Now, I am being reminded by You that even though I pushed this boredom that I have to leave me alone, You will not allow it, I just remember, I am a human that’s why I experience this. I need those emotions as well, to felt how it hurts to have a broken heart, how it felts to have pains and suffering and how joyful this life could be, when I acknowledge that You are a big God who is higher than those problems, sorrows, loneliness that I have
All I could say!  This will come to pass.

"BAGUIO CITY ESCAPADE" The Summer Capital of the Philippines

I am ready!! I have put all my things on my bag.. And my mind is set and excited to travel at BAGUIO City. This is my gift to my self a POST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION (Feb24,2011).
We all know, especially Filipino people know that BAGUIO CITY is the SUMMER CAPITAL OF THE PHILIPPINES, because of the cold climate in that place sometimes it has reached 14 degree celsius and below.. As if you are on the other country. Baguio City is one of the place listed on my checklist and I prayed to God that I desired to visit this place. Now I could checked that list, yes! I have already seen this place.Wow amazing!
JOY RIDE!!

February 26-27 would be the best timing for me, and Gods answer to my prayer as well..
We have left Manila at 2pm and reached the peak of BAGUIO CITY at 8:30Pm, so its a 7hours travel
(my friends told me its just 5hour or less without traffic), I have 2,000 budget in my pocket and an energetic body to enjoy the trip

We stayed at TEACHERS CAMP, the famous place were in they have a rumor that there is a ghost in this place. You know what we have stayed thier overnight and the rumor would be a rumor forever in my mind. There is no such thing or ghost in that place, believe me I have a very good sleep, that night.

Sleeping time at Teachers Camp
February 27, at 5:30am in the morning we have decided to visit the City proper, and see if we could watched the PINAGBENGA FESTIVAL Float parade, but we failed to, because that moment participants are just assembling for the street parade. We have visit the Baguio city Cathedral, have a picture taking at THE WHITE HOUSE where in people of Baguio said that there is a lost soul in that place that's why it is also called a HAUNTED HOUSE
Baguio City Cathedral
Baguio City Cathedral
The White House
I am just curious and puzzled about their stories, that's  why I looked at the House with courage if I could see some proof about the GHOST rooming inside the house, but I failed to then I decided  to leaved the place at 7:30pm, to start our trip around Baguio City.

The highlight of my travel is at the Philippine Military Academy, were in they have a silent drill presentation for the visitors.

While I'm watching them.. I am thinking about my dream to be one of them.

at my young age, "gusto ko rin maging military noon.", but then life changes, interest and dreams changes too as time passes by. Change topic, military cadets have prepared a dance number too with the formation of a "musical note" I'm shouting with joy and I say to my self "mahal ko na silang lahat hehe" - I love them all hehe.. pogi.... hehe minsan kelngan kiligin din ako," tao lang ako humahanga din hehe"
After 1hour of stay at Philippine Military Academy, we proceed to travel at CAMP JHON HAY, to have some pictures.

We have dropped by and take some pictures at BOTANICAL GARDEN too, this is the place where in the native IGOROT stayed to have some picture taking with their visitors. You just need to pay they ten pesos per picture.. hehe

And our next destination was at THE MANSION, and the WRIGHT PARK, same thing we just dropped at the place to take some pictures.

The Mansion
We have travelled going to MINES VIEW PARK where in you could see at the top of the mountain the whole City of BAGUIO it was a very nice experience.

Mines View Park

Mines View Park
Our last destination was THE STRAWBERRY FARM where in farmers would let you pick
the strawberries but it double the price, it cost 300 pesos, hehe but it was a very  nice experience then.
Lets pick some strawberries in farm

OH! BAGIUO CITY... despite of admiring the place and its people. I still admired the Creator,
our Dear God who have just let me visit  this so called SUMMER CAPITAL OF THE PHILIPPINES. ^_^ I am so happy.

Would you try to visit the place. Don't you worry, you will not regret it!..

A joyful Heart

God really do blessed me a lot, I am overwhelmed with JOY..
-Having my first day in the Production team / Team Vince
-Having with my kind Product Specialist and Coach
-2 days before my 22nd birthday,
I thank God because my work run smoothly
and my health is good by Gods grace, and I have enough sleep, sometimes it 8-15hours hehe (to much)

God made me realize that I am blessed to have many people
around me who love me for what I am, appreciate me and
admire me for what I am, and stays with me as they promised. (You are one of them since you are reading my post! ^_^ may God bless You)
My prayer is that may they see how God change me everyday.
And may I also bring back the love that they've showed me
with Gods help.

Maybe some people might think that I do have everything,
That's wrong, I just learned to be content of what I have
and thank God for every little blessings that He have given me
even unnoticed blessings that I have. ^_^ I really appreciate it.

God is my all and all..
I can't do anything without His help
I can't do anything without His wisdom

Simple I can't, without Jesus i am weak!
But I know that with Jesus I can do anything, and I could keep going!
I'm ready for my second day in the Production floor! alright!

---Thank You my Jesus
You've given me, what I need and remind that I just need to ask it directly from You..
And thank you for giving me my wants as well, travelling in my country Philippines.

HANDLING THE "FIRST CALL"

I didn't worry too much I just felt nervous,
that's why nervousness is eating me..
I do experience accepting calls on February 7, 2011.. by the way it was my first technical account.
and my first Call Center job.
Upon receiving my first call, I was not that confident
to press the Auto-In button.. I thought being late
to accept that first call would be easy for me. But
I was wrong after I hearing  the "Non Pro Series-US" as our
incoming call background, I can't help my self but to experience
uneasy felling. Take note of this, it is also my first time
doing "LMI"LOG ME IN.. it was a tool that we need to use in order
to access the computer of the customer.
EVERYTHING IS NEW.. I am going to burst out! honestly.
Mix emotions is exactly the description of my feelings..^_^

That result to not doing my work properly as it was use to be.
Honestly, multitask is really required for this job.
I was corrected from my point of view,. I always thought that
working in a callcenter is easy. But i was wrong, it requires a lot
of effort, multitasking, and talking to the customer with respect as well.
Your whole body system is working,
-your "EYES"to see what you are documenting,
-EARS to hear what was your customers concern,
-HEART to understand what they are going
through when they experience those technical issues,
-FINGERs, typing all information that the customer will provide to solve the issue,
-and BRAIN to think about how to troubleshoot the problem.

I can't help it, I mess up really on my first day! I am counting everything that I have learned from the "FIRST DAY, and FIRST call" and blessings and grace that I have received during our OCP week.. ^_^
I will never forget this journey, and I will keep in my memory, all the discoveries I have during the training. ^_^

If you ask me.. How I kept on going, and fighting because of HIM.. i Believe that in my every call, and its a good thing also to consider that my every call is always "FIRST TIME" i ask for courage and wisdom from
"MY LORD JESUS" my EVERYTHING!

Aja!! go, go, go!.. we can do this together LORD JESUS.. ^_^
Thank You for the wisdom, courage, strength an Love..
I am so blessed today and forever..

GRAVEYARD SHIFT "At your service!"

This is my first time having this so called "graveyard shift atwork"..
Hmmm..
It's 4:51am in the morning, we start our shift from 12am and it is until 8am..
This shift quite fitted for me, but I do admit that I need to adjust my body clock as well..
I understand also that I do need to take care of my health, get enough sleep, and need to have my weekly or daily exercise, and I need also to eat healthy foods..
I am one of those excited to have this shift..
I am a nocturnal person I guess hehe.. ^_^
This is new to me, new environment as a Technical Support Specialist in a BPO company, and as in everything was new.
My journey just started.. :)
And wait!!!! there's more stories about my work in the coming days..
And I just want to thank God for giving me the strength I have today and in the previous days..
Our phone certification is coming.. February 3-5 is the said schedule of our trainor, I am excited, and nervous as well I am not a person who use to guess of what will happen there, because guessing really do add anxiety to me.. hehe
I know God and I will gonna make it!!! Aja!
Ooopppps.. breaktime is already up! I need to go back to training room.. see you guys soon.. I mean hope
that you will not get bored visiting my site!
Have a blessed morning everyone!
TRIVIA
Why is the phrase "graveyard shift" used for late-night work? Based on my research:
Current popular explanations for the origin of the phrase "graveyard shift" reference the 19th century problem of accidentally burying people who were still alive. To prevent this from happening, the story goes, caskets were equipped with a bell-ringing device enabling a waking "corpse" to notify the world that they were no longer dead. The graveyard attendants who remained vigilant throughout the day and night worked the graveyard shift. According to Michael Quinion at World Wide Words the above explanation is merely a story and nothing more. He explains that the "graveyard shift is an evocative term for the night shift between about midnight and eight in the morning, when - no matter how often you've worked it - your skin is clammy, there's sand behind your eyeballs, and the world is creepily silent, like the graveyard. The phrase dates only from the early years of the twentieth century." -reference from http://www.libraryspot.com/know/graveyard.htm
